The Monarch 1135 brings forth two lines of printing.  Users of this gun are being able to print comparison prices (items under $100), the date and time, production coding or identification, conduct inventory tracking and more.  The user can dial information they want to print then click and stick.  Labels are printed in a crisp, clean and easy-to-read fashion.  A slit window on the side of the label roll holder lets the user know when it's time to reload more labels. 

This price gun was designed in the late 90's and still remains a top performer.  The engineering team that designed the tool set out to create a labeler that had incredible reliability.  The Monarch 1135 is excellent for applications that require two lines of variable print, but need a small label in total area.  We always stock a variety of different colors of 1135 labels.  A neat benefit regarding the labels, is the roll size/cavity size of the gun.  It is able to hold a large number of individual stickers on each roll, helping to save the user time by not needed to re-load as often.

The Avery Dennison 1135 is a popular and lightweight option that is good for almost all two-line labeling applications.

You will notice two different print options can be selected.  Scrolling down, you will see example labels for each.

  • 01 - Allows for six numeric print positions.  For pricing, the max is $99.99, or well above $100 without cent characters.
  • 02 - Offers a vertical month band in the first band on the top line.  The cent characters are underlined on the bottom line.

Full Repair

Any new labeler has a one-year warranty associated with it (see Warranty Information).  At B&B Supply we offer repairs on all (warranty, or out of warranty) Monarch 1135 price guns.  We don’t recommend that customers try to take apart the guns and fix it themselves.  We have seen time and time again that the guns come apart and then can’t get put back together. We can’t fix guns that arrive to us in pieces.  We have a repair/exchange program in which we send out rebuilt guns the next day we receive your broken tools.  

If you currently own a Monarch 1135 labeler and it is malfunctioning or you have a couple of broken guns that you would like to use as back up tools, you should take advantage of our repair exchange program.  Just pack up the broken tools and send them into us.  We will then turn around and send you rebuilt Monarch 1135 pricing guns.  We test all our repaired guns to make sure they work properly.  Just give us a call at 800-346-7820 to speak with us regarding instructions for sending in guns and the pricing for rebuilt labelers.

This 1135 label gun has a one-year warranty fully backed by Avery Dennison Monarch and B&B Supply. Any mechanical defect or operational issue that occurs through what is considered normal usage will be fixed, or the unit will be replaced with a factory rebuilt tool. A Monarch 1135 with a manufacturer‰'s defect discovered right after delivery will be replaced with a brand new label gun upon inspection by B&B Supply.
