Hi, I'm Bill Brown from B&B Supply, pricegun.com and I'm going to show you how to change an ink roller in a Sato PB-1 Label Gun. Take the top of the tool and lightly pull the ink roller assembly up with your index finger. While keeping it up, the easiest way is to have your thumb and middle finger support it. Take your opposite hand and slide the unit off. 

To put a new ink roller on, simply repeat the process by sliding the ink roller back on until you hear the click and let the assembly back down. Now I've printed labels. The Sato PB-1 has a new ink roller.
